Terms and license

These terms are between you and Cheverton Holdings LLC ("we"), the maker of Mayra's Project. By buying or using the app you agree to them.
Your license
When you buy, we give you a lasting, non-exclusive license to install and use Mayra's Project. You don't own the software itself; you own the videos and printables you make with it.
- Personal license: for you and your household, on up to 2 computers you own. You may make videos for your own family and friends, but not sell video-making as a service.
- Professional license: for one business, on up to 5 of its computers. You may make videos and printables for paying clients and add your business's branding.
What you may not do
- Share, resell, rent or give away copies of the app or its download link.
- Take out and redistribute the app's built-in themes, artwork, photos, fonts or music on their own.
- Remove copyright or credit notices.
Your content
You keep all rights to the photos, videos, music and words you add. Only use material you have the right to use. Songs you add yourself may need permission before a video is shared publicly online.
Built-in music and images
You may use the built-in music, photos and artwork inside the videos and printables you make with Mayra's Project. Credits are listed in the app.
Updates
Your purchase includes free updates for version 1. A future major version may be a separate purchase.
Refunds
If you're not happy, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Once refunded, your license ends and you must delete your copies.
No warranty
We work hard to make Mayra's Project reliable, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid. Keep backup copies of your photos and project files.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
