Cheverton Holdings LLC ("we") makes Mayra's Project. This policy explains what we collect on this website and in the app.
The app
Mayra's Project runs entirely on your computer. Your photos, videos, music, words and projects are stored only in your browser on your computer. We never receive them, and the app does not send us any information about you or how you use it.
Buying
Payments are handled by Stripe. When you buy, Stripe collects your name, email address, payment details and billing country to process the payment and send your receipt. We receive your name, email, the plan you bought and the payment status. We never see your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
If you email us, we keep the conversation so we can help you. We use your email only to answer you, send your download link or handle a refund. We don't sell or share it, and we don't send marketing email unless you ask for it.
This website
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our web host may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email support@mayrasproject.com. We'll answer within 30 days. We keep payment records as long as tax law requires.
Children
This website and our checkout are meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
